Summer 2010 - Messiest Kid's Room Contest Rules
- Room entries for children ages six – 14 during calendar year 2010 will be considered.
- Only entries from within the greater Houston, TX (within Harris County), Sugarland and The Woodlands will be considered.
- Entries without a YouTube video will not be considered.
- Videos must be submitted by parent or guardian and/or with a parent's or guardian's permission
By submitting video, the entrant(s) releases Tops In Texas and New Leaf Organizing to promote video and entrant in print, broadcast and online media
- The top three finalists for the contest will be determined by voting at Tops In Texas.
- Only one vote per computer will be accepted.
- Winner must schedule (but not necessarily execute) the organizing sessions no later than 11:59 PM CST May 31, 2011 .
- Voting ends Midnight CST December 1, 2010. Entries submitted after December 1st will not be considered.
- Finalists will be announced by December 3, 2010.
- The winner must consent to the posting of before and after pictures on our website (www.newleaforg.com), and in video, print, broadcast and online media.
- The organizing sessions may not be traded for cash or any other prize other than that which has been stated in these rules .
- The sessions are limited to one bedroom. However, more than one child can live in the bedroom .
- At least one parent must be present during the organizing sessions .
- The child or children living in the winning room must participate in the organizing sessions.
- All restrictions listed in our regular Client Agreement form apply to the organizing session.
- The free organizing sessions will be a maximum of 12 hours, with no more than 6 hours being completed in any one day.
